ARTBAT is a live digital drawing competition, which two artists will be battling according to a theme given on the spot. Both digital artists will have 20 mins to express the topic using digital pens and tablets.
ARTBAT Season 15 is opened to all current university students from APAC region.

will be released right before the battle and artists will have to express their given topic in 20 minutes with digital drawing tools. The same rules will be applied to all matches.
Multiple judges will present for the marking and audiences will also get a chance to vote for their favourite artists. Scores collected from judges and audiences will both contribute to the final results and artists who receive higher scores will proceed to the next round.
Contestants coming from different countries will engage in regional preliminary rounds competing for the 16 spots to enter the First Round. The 16 shortlisted contestants will be announced on 11 October, and will be held on 4 October, 2024.
16 contestants who successfully passed the preliminary rounds will be randomly divided into 4 groups (R1 - R4) to enter the First Round. There are four artists in one group and the two winners (two contestants with higher scores) of each group will advance to the Quarter-finals on 7 Dec, 2024.
8 contestants who successfully passed the First Round will be randomly divided into 4 groups (Q1 - Q4) to enter the Quarter-finals. There are two artists in one group and one winner (contestant with the highest score) of each group will advance to the next round.
4 contestants who successfully passed the Quarter-finals will be randomly divided into 2 groups (S1 - S2) to enter the Semi-finals.
There are two artists in one group and one winner (contestant with the highest score) of each group will advance to the Finals (F1). The winner will be our Season 15 champion.
By submitting your artwork, you hereby declare that you are the sole creator of the submitted artworks; you own 100% of the copyright and your artworks do not infringe any third-party copyright. ARTBAT LIVE reserves the rights to reject or disqualify any entry in case of any dispute.
By entering the competition, you agree to grant ARTBAT LIVE’s organiser the right to display, distribute, store, reproduce, edit, modify, create derivative works of, and otherwise use and reuse the artwork (or any portions or derivative works of the artwork) in any manner, for any promotional and marketing purposes through all our marketing channels including but not limited to our websites and any of our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest or any online and offline channels. ARTBAT LIVE can authorise and assign any partner, or subsidiaries the same rights.
The rights that you granted are non-exclusive, that means you are free to grant rights to others. ARTBAT LIVE will not have to pay additional compensation when exercising above rights.
ARTBAT LIVE strives to provide a competition platform with transparency and fairness.
All participants could review their own match results within 7 days after the result was published. Please submit your request by email to hello@artabatlive.com providing your name, date and time of the match, reason for the review request and any supporting documents that may help us to process your review.
